    4. Penalty clause of Rs.5/- per sq.ft. Per month in case of delay in possession i.e.12 Months, 30 Months (1450Sq.ft) from the date of allotment letter, (provided all instalments are paid as per agreement and vice versa) .
    5. Service tax (as applicable), VAT/GST, Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, Legal Documentation, Electricity connection charges and any other statutory charges as applicable will be extra.
    6. Loan facility is available from all leading Banks at their own sole discretion
    7. IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security) is Rs.1,00,000/- extra on above Basic Sale Price at the time of offer of Possession
